Price Match policy

 

We will match the price when you buy, or refund the difference for up to twenty-eight (28) days after you've purchased from us when you make a price match claim. A price match claim can be made by telephone or by email to info@autosparesdirect.com.

 

12.1 We can only accept one price match request per item. The item must be publicly available for purchase on a UK based website with a shopping facility and the ability to take payment, high street premises or a comparable shopping destination.

 

12.2 The level of service we offer cannot be equalled by auction or mail order retailers. Due to their nature of operation websites such as eBay and Amazon are excluded.

 

12.3 The item must be "like for like" which means that it is brand new, the same colour, contains the same quantity and has an identical manufacturer reference number.

 

12.4 We do not match special prices only available to certain customers – such as negotiated prices or prices for groups like account holders.

 

12.4.1 We do not match prices only available via 3rd party websites, with clearance offers, vouchers or promotional codes.

 

12.4.2 We do not match prices with companies that are insolvent, going into administration or liquidation.

 

12.4.3 If a product isn't part of our normal stocked range and we have to order it specially for you, we'll consider price matches, but we do reserve the right to refuse to match prices on such orders where it would be uneconomical for us to do so.

 

12.4.4 Typographical pricing errors will not be matched

12.5 We compare how we sell the product to how it is sold by the competitor to ensure it's comparable. We particularly look at stock availability and delivery charges. We carry a wide range of lines, and the competitor has to have the line actually in stock (rather than available only to order) for us to match the price. For products that we deliver, we ask that the competitor is able to deliver in equivalent timescales to us, and on products that require delivery, we'll take delivery charges into account when comparing prices.

 

12.6 If a competitor is running a very short promotion we may not have the chance to lower our price, but we would still consider price matching or refunding the difference.

 

12.7 This Price Match promise is subject to change and Autospares Direct reserves the right to withdraw the Price Match promise at any time.

 

12.8 You must provide sufficient proof to support your price match claim. All claims will be investigated and we will notify you with a claim validation email within 7 working days. If the claim satisfies all these terms, we will refund the price difference.
